Continuing from the kitchen, the hallway leads to the powder room and large laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer along with deep countertop space. At the end of the hallway is the first floor bedroom, impeccably furnished with a king-sized bed and private en suite with walk-in shower. 

The back garden features a private-optionally heated pool with recessed pool lights, pool loungers, ample decking, al fresco dining space, and a built-in premium gas grill.

Moving upstairs, you'll discover three additional bedrooms on the second floor - a large bunk room with four custom-built full bunks, a queen bedroom with en suite, and a master bedroom with king bed, and large private bathroom, complete with a fully-enclosed shower room and deep, standalone soaking tub. A generously-sized hallway bathroom also sits across the landing from the bunk room with a shower and double vanity. The landing also features a nook with a drinks fridge as well as access to the front-facing loggia.

The second floor back deck looks out over the pool below, and comes complete with premium outdoor seating and large flat-screen TV.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.

This home is strictly non-smoking.

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
