LOCATION:

Backing up to beautiful, protected State Forest this recently renovated home is located within the quiet neighborhood of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This residential community hosts some of the best amenities of any on the 30A including two outdoor pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a gym, and a private forest boardwalk to the beach that is just a 10-minute walk. The home is less than a mile from some of the best local spots, including restaurants, gear rental, and the Blue Mountain Creamery.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW: 

As you walk into this meticulously renovated home you'll be greeted by a spacious living and dining room area, which both comfortably seat eight people respectively. The living room also offers a large curved smart TV with access to Hulu Live TV and Disney+. There is also a good selection of family games and puzzles. The kitchen boasts a tasteful remodel, including under-counter lighting, drawers that light when opened, spacious countertops w/ recycled glass and oyster shells, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances throughout. There is additional seating for up to four people at the breakfast bar. The home is outstandingly well equipped for families looking to gather together to eat and has all the appliances and utensils you could need including a blender, traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, premium-grade pots and pans, kids cutlery, a slow cooker, crockery, plentiful glassware and more.

The first-floor queen bedroom has an attached full bathroom as well as french door access to the covered back patio. The second floor is comprised of a large king master suite, full bathroom, and private balcony. The kids’ bunk room across the hall sleeps six across a full bunk and two twin beds and comes with its own en suite featuring both a shower and bathtub. Making your way up to the third floor you’ll find the final king room and en suite just across the landing from the home's wet bar, ice maker, and mini-fridge. Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV. The third-floor balcony seats up to nine people and overlooks the Preserve community to the south.

AMENITIES:

The home provides high-speed fiber internet, beach gear (wagon, chairs, coolers, etc.), four pickle ball paddles and balls, a gas grill, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a long driveway able to accommodate three cars. One additional car can be parked on the roadside in front of the home. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

NOTES: 

The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.

Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.

Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily.

Do not hang towels or leave beach gear on porches/balconies.

Trash container lids must always be fully closed (not overflowing) and fully secured with the bear-proof straps provided. Only place out trash cans the evening before trash collection days (Mondays and Thursdays).

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
