PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This beautifully designed 30A home features top-of-the-line fixtures, fittings, and appliances throughout. The covered front porch leads into the spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a large smart TV equipped with cable. The dining area table comfortably seats eight people.
The kitchen area is replete with premium upgrades - stainless steel appliances, farmhouse apron sink, gas range, dual coffee maker (drip and K cup) and all the kitchen utensils, crockery, and glassware you could need for your stay. This private king bathroom includes a huge walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. This bedroom also provides access to the screened-in back porch and charcoal grill.
Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms with two queens, a king and a queen bed respectively. The king room serves as the second-floor master bedroom and provides french door access to the roomy balcony. All bedrooms come with private en suites and cable-equipped smart TVs.
