LOCATION:
Situated in WaterColor’s Camp District, this cozy coastal home is steps from Camp WaterColor, and only a short bike/golf cart ride to the beaches and local shops.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This bright beach retreat warmly greets guests with an expansive covered front porch complete with a large porch swing as well as cozy outdoor seating. Entering through the home’s French doors, you step into the open-plan living room space.
The kitchen overlooks the dining area and comes with plenty of cupboard space, premium stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and all the cookware you’ll need for your stay. The dining room offers seating for eight people, plus two seats at the breakfast bar. The backside of the kitchen opens up onto additional outdoor seating on the home’s screened-in back porch.
The first-floor bedroom offers a king-sized bed and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also private access from the bedroom to the screened-in back porch.
The laundry room is tucked away on the first floor, just around the corner from the powder room.
Bedroom two - the second-floor master - also comes with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and a large private bathroom with a standalone tub and walk-in shower. Either side of the master bed are private access doors to the upstairs balcony - a perfect spot to enjoy the WaterColor sunsets.
Crossing the second-floor landing to bedroom three, there is a bedroom nook providing two additional twin bunks.
Bedroom three comfortably fits a king bed and a shower/tub combo in the bathroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a nursery room with a cot and changing table for infants. Each bedroom comes with its own TV and closet space.
The home features off-road parking directly in front of the home, as well as space for private parking at the rear.
AMENITIES:
The home provides full access to WaterColor community amenities, including community swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, Camp WaterColor, and the Beach Club.
The home provides a six-seater golf cart, five bikes, some beach gear, a gas grill, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, a crib, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

The home comes with a six-person golf cart for you to use. Please only park the golf cart at the property overnight.
